FAQ

Before you get in touch.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, on request and before any discussion of your idea. You can send yours, or we can share a standard mutual NDA the same day. Please keep anything sensitive out of the form until it is signed.

What is the minimum project size?

There is no fixed minimum, but we take on a limited number of projects at a time so you work directly with the engineers building your product. For smaller or uncertain needs we offer a short fixed-price discovery sprint that ends with a scoped plan you can take to any team.

Do you work with clients outside India, the US, Canada, Australia and the UAE?

Yes. We take projects from anywhere in the world. We are remote-first and adjust our working hours to overlap with yours, whether you are in Mumbai, New York, Vancouver, Sydney, Dubai or anywhere else. We agree meeting windows on the first call and keep written updates so nothing depends on being online at the same moment.

Which currencies do you invoice in?

We quote in US dollars and can invoice in USD, AUD, CAD or AED, with other currencies by agreement. The currency is agreed in the proposal.

How does pricing work?

Fixed price for well-defined scopes, a monthly retainer with a named senior engineer for ongoing work, and time-and-materials for exploratory work. Every proposal is written and lists its assumptions, so you can see what moves the number.
