Who we are

AriesDevs is a remote-first team of four engineers working with clients worldwide, including in India, the US, Canada, Australia and the UAE. This policy covers this website and the enquiries you send us through it. You can reach us at hello@ariesdevs.com.

What we collect

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

• Details you give us: your name, work email, company, project description and budget range when you use the contact form or the quote dialog.
• Your email address if you subscribe to occasional engineering notes.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider records in server logs, such as IP address, browser and the pages requested, used to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, prepare a scope and estimate.
• To send the newsletter, only if you subscribed. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
• To keep the website secure and working.

Who sees it

Only the engineers who would work on your enquiry, plus the service providers we rely on to run the site and our email (for example hosting and email providers). They may process your data only to provide that service. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Some providers are located outside your country, so your information may be processed in other countries. We choose providers that protect data to a reasonable standard.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to run any project that follows, then delete them unless we are required to keep them. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, Canada's PIPEDA, the Australian Privacy Act and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law give you rights over your data. In practice, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. You can reach us at hello@ariesdevs.com. We will reply within one working day to acknowledge and complete valid requests within a reasonable time, and at most within the period your local law sets.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Security

We use HTTPS, limit access to the people who need it and keep our own accounts protected with multi-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
