Our services
Ten service lines covered by four senior engineers. Web, mobile, cloud, data, AI, design and QA from one small team, from the first workshop to production support.
Pick one service or combine several. A common path is to start with a single product and add services as it grows.
SaaS platforms, customer portals and internal tools built around the way your business actually runs.
Native and cross-platform iOS and Android apps with offline support and clean release pipelines.
Assistants, forecasting models and document automation deployed into the systems your team already uses.
Research, user journeys, prototypes and design systems your engineers can build from without guessing.
Infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability and cost control on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.
Automated regression suites, load testing and security checks that catch defects before customers do.
Monthly plans with agreed response times, proactive monitoring and a named engineer who knows your system.
ERP and CRM customisation, system integrations and workflow automation for operations teams.
Pipelines, warehouses and BI dashboards that turn raw exports into weekly decisions.
Storefronts, headless commerce and marketplace builds, tuned for search, speed and conversion.
01 · Custom software
Most custom builds start because off-the-shelf software forces a workaround somebody pays for every day. We begin with a two-week discovery to agree scope and architecture, then ship working software every sprint so you can steer as you go.
What is included
02 · Mobile apps
We design for thumbs first, then test on the real devices your customers carry. Choose one codebase for speed or fully native for platform-specific features; we will tell you which one fits your roadmap and why.
What is included
03 · AI & machine learning
Assistants grounded in your own documents, models that forecast demand, and pipelines that clean the data feeding both. We prove value with a four-week pilot against your real data before anyone commits to a full build.
What is included
04 · UI/UX design
Design is cheapest to change before a line of code exists. We run research, test prototypes with five to eight real users, and hand engineers a component library with tokens and states already defined.
What is included
05 · Cloud & DevOps
Slow deploys and surprise cloud bills usually share one cause: infrastructure nobody can read. We rebuild it as code, automate releases and put dashboards on the things that wake people up at night.
What is included
06 · QA & testing
Manual regression testing stops scaling around the third release. We build automated suites that run in your pipeline, then add exploratory testing for the flows scripts cannot judge, such as checkout, onboarding and permissions.
What is included
07 · Maintenance & support
Launch day is the start of the work. A support plan keeps dependencies patched, incidents short and the roadmap moving, with a named engineer who already knows your code instead of a ticket queue that starts from scratch.
What is included
08 · Enterprise solutions
Finance, sales, warehouse and support often run on four systems that disagree. We customise your core platform, connect the rest through well-documented APIs, and automate the approvals people still chase by email.
What is included
09 · Data & analytics
When three teams report three different revenue figures, the fix is a shared data model, not another spreadsheet. We consolidate sources into a warehouse, define metrics once, and build dashboards people open on Monday morning.
What is included
10 · Ecommerce & growth
A store is judged by page speed, search visibility and how few taps it takes to pay. We build on Shopify or a headless stack depending on catalogue size and integrations, then keep improving conversion with measured experiments.
What is included
The same five stages on every project, with a written deliverable at the end of each one.
1–2 weeks
Stakeholder interviews, user research and a written scope with risks and a first estimate.
2–3 weeks
Journeys, wireframes and a clickable prototype you can test with real users before we build.
Two-week sprints
Working software every sprint, with demos, a shared backlog and weekly status notes.
1 week
Load testing, security review, a release runbook and a staged rollout with monitoring in place.
Ongoing
Bug fixes, upgrades and roadmap work on a monthly plan with agreed response times.
We pick the stack for your problem and your hiring market, not for our convenience.
The tools our engineers use. We pick the stack that fits your product, and we are comfortable working in whatever you already run.
It depends on scope, team size and timeline. Smaller builds such as an MVP or a focused mobile app sit at the lower end, while enterprise and multi-platform programmes cost more. After a free 30-minute call we send a written estimate with the assumptions behind every number. We quote in USD and can invoice in USD, AUD, CAD or AED.
Yes. Clients can bring us in to add senior capacity on a monthly retainer, take on a new product line or modernise a legacy system alongside their own developers. We follow your branching, code review and release process rather than asking you to adopt ours.
You do, from the first commit. Source code, designs and documentation are transferred in full, and we sign an NDA on request before any discussion of your idea.
Every proposal includes a defect-fix period after launch. After that you can move to a monthly support plan with agreed response times, or hand the product to your own team using the documentation and recorded walkthroughs we deliver.
We are remote-first and adjust our hours to overlap with yours, whether you are in India, the US, Canada, Australia, the UAE or anywhere else. We agree meeting windows on the first call and send written updates after each sprint demo.
A limited number. There are four of us, so we keep capacity small on purpose: the engineers who scope your project are the ones who build it. If we are full, we will say so and give you an honest start date.
That is how most engagements grow. A design sprint often leads to a build, and a build leads to QA, cloud and support work. Because everything sits with one small team, context carries over and you do not repeat onboarding with each new vendor.
