01 · The challenge

What was getting in the way

Northwind Health connects patients with general practitioners and specialists, but every step ran through a call centre. Appointments lived in spreadsheets, prescriptions were faxed to pharmacies, and a patient could wait nine days for a first consultation.

The clinical team also had to work to three different privacy regimes, so any new system had to keep patient records separated by country, log every access, and still feel simple enough for a clinician to use between appointments.

02 · Our solution

What we built and how

We started with a four-week discovery inside two clinics, shadowing the front desk and the doctors, then shipped a thin slice first: online booking with live availability. That alone removed most of the call-centre load before the video product existed.

Video consultations run on WebRTC with a recorded-consent flow, and prescriptions are issued electronically and sent straight to the patient’s chosen pharmacy. Data is stored in region-specific databases, with an audit trail on every read of a patient record.
